1, Updates to club rules

After some discussion Allan’s amendments were accepted plus changing Chairman to chairperson and changing any other gender specific references

2, Shelsey Walsh 2024

John explained the he had booked accommodation for the people that had previously expressed an interest and the hotel is now fully booked.

He also pointed out that people attending need to get their ticket for the event from the Nation club as advertised in Nacelle

3, Bank update

As of 15^th November: Bank £2,093.43, Cash £266, credit note HQ £49.14,

expenditure due £666 (Christmas diner) club stock £1,100 (not confirmed)

4, Treffen update

A run out on Friday 17^th November to the Star pub to check over before confirming

5, Runs out

Nothing decided yet as wating for information.

The chairperson or another committee member is to make announcements at the club nights at the Royal Oak for up coming events

6, Vice chair/Delegate

Not required

7, AGM 2024

All committee members are wiling to stand again

Allan/John to speak to the land lady of the Royal Oak regarding acquiring the “Dining area” for the AGM on the 17^th January

8, web site

Ian informed us the website needs up to 11 updates and this may crash the site, he is going to speak with the web hosting company to see if anything can be done to improve the site

9, locations of club meeting

Ian has taken away the map John provided with member distribution on it and will come back with some ideas for different pubs or weekly meets.

10, AOB

It was decided that the club will make a donation to the chosen charity for Heidi’s funeral and we will collect donations from members as well.

The club Stock was briefly discussed and at some point in the future we will need to be rationalised
